Is You Abdomen Pain Caused By Emotional Disturbances

If you are facing abdomen pain for a long time and somehow doctors are not able to diagnose the reason or not prescription works for you, the chances are that it is due to emotional disturbances. Emotional disturbances can manifest in the form of physical problems including abdomen pain, diarrhea or constipation.

How Emotional Disturbance Cause Abdomen Problems
The emotional center of our body is known as solar plexus. This is located near the naval. This is also the location of the one of the seven Chakras which are the intersection of the energy channels in our body. When we are extremely emotional, for example nervous before speaking in front of a large crowd, or before some examination many people can feel the butterflies in their stomachs. This is due to the extreme nervous energy working on the solar plexus. Many people feel like going to the bathroom due to this.

Some people are very nervous by nature and always anticipate negative events to happen to their life. Some other people are very emotional by nature. Both these kinds of people are likely to suffer from abdominal problems since their nervous energies affect the solar plexus.

I have seen many cases where in doctors were not able to find out reasons for constant abdomen pains and finally it turned out to be case of displaced solar plexus (Nabhi Talna in Hindi). In case you constantly suffer from constipation, diarrhea or abdominal pain and doctors are not able to help I would strongly suggest that you can try to see if the solar plexus is all right and if it is displace then get it corrected. Read importance of Solar Plexus for more information on how to restore the solar plexus.

For long term solution, practice poses like navasana (Boat pose) and pranayama which soothe the nerves and gradually can make you more confident which will reduce the likelihood of solar plexus problems.

What a great web log. I spend hours on the net reading blogs, about tons of various subjects. I have to first of all give praise to whoever created your theme and second of all to you for writing what i can only describe as an fabulous article. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only very few posses and honestly you got it. The combining of demonstrative and upper-class content is by all odds super rare with the astronomic amount of blogs on the cyberspace.
