How to Cure Thyroid Disorders with Acupessure

Thyroid is one of the important glands in the body and performs many important functions. It controls our metabolism and in case it does not work properly many problems are created including obesity or bone calcium loss. Many of us suffer from thyroid disorders, but acupressure offers cheap and viable alternative to deal with Thyroid problems.

As you may be aware, acupressure involves pressing particular points on the body, with either finger tip or may be some object which is blunt, like back of a pencil.

I am describing the points which need to be pressed for around 2 minutes for each of these points. If you press these points, within a couple of weeks the patient will be cured of Thyroid disorders. The points are shown on black color.

Point # 1
On the right hand this point is located near the bone joint of index and the thumb.

Point # 2
This point(s) is located on either side of the prominent hard structure on the throat. This is know as adam's apple. Press the points around the outer edge of the throat in line with these points. These points are also located near the thyroid.

Point # 3
This point is located on the inside of the wrist around 1.25 inches or two thumb widths from the wrist line on the left hand.

Point # 4
This point is located on the midway of muscle which joins the neck and the shoulder.

Point # 5

This point is located on the base of the throat the chest bone starts.

Point # 6
This is a region which is on top of the toes on both the feet. The region below the toe is also very effective for acupressure for Thyroid disorders.
