Grapes for Health
Grape is a type of creeper which is a very popular fruit. It is available in bunches and various colors. Consuming grapes regularly provides energy and strength and are delicious in nature. Grapes are used for many medicinal purposes.
Consumption of naturally ripened grapes regulates gas in the stomach and acidity, removes bitterness in the mouth, reduces fever and takes care of many other problems. Naturally ripened grapes are sweet in nature and have very less acidity and great source glucose and fructose which are natural sugars which provide energy to the body.
In ripened grapes around 20 to 30 percent sugar is found along with minor quantities of iron. Iron is a constituent of hemoglobin; hence grapes are good for patients with deficiency of hemoglobin. Grapes also contain citric, oxalic and tartaric acid and these activate the functions of kidneys and liver hence these are good for diseases of liver and kidneys.
Grapes also regulate the secretion of bile and hence good for digestion process and also help in detoxification of the body. They also contain potassium which is good for proper functioning of brain.
The structure of human protoplasm is similar to chemical structure of grapes hence it repairs the injured tissues in the body. Grapes should be chewed properly before eating and should be taken with the skin. Grape skin is a good source of cellulose which is good for relieving constipation.
Grapes are diuretic which encourages passing of urine and having grapes in sufficient amount will remove toxins from the body. Adding honey with grapes removes tiredness and provides energy to the body. In the morning if you have grapes it is beneficial in the problem of gout.

Constipation, indigestion, gas, blood infection, headache cure, solution for menstrual problems, stomach pain, convulsions, kidney stones, gout etc.
